How
- Open Chipstack and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Security.
- Tap Delete account.
- Re-enter your password, or sign in again with Apple or Google.
- Read what the dialog tells you — it lists exactly which communities will be deleted, who
will inherit the others, any unused Pro passes that will be destroyed, and what you currently
owe or are owed.
- Tap Delete.
It takes effect immediately. There is no waiting period and no way to restore the account
afterwards.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address and profile photo, replaced with an anonymous placeholder.
- Your community memberships.
- Your linked Apple or Google sign-in, and any stored Apple token, which is also revoked at Apple.
- Your push notification subscriptions.
- Any unused Chipstack Pro passes in your wallet.
- Any community where you are the only member with an account, including every
game recorded in it.
What is kept, and why
The money records of nights you played with other people stay, shown under an anonymous name
such as Deleted account 1. Those nights are also the other players' records. Removing
them would change what your friends believe they are owed, so they remain — without your name,
email or photo attached.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@chipstackapp.com from the address
on the account and the deletion will be carried out for you.
